Registration Validity:
Your registration is only valid once we have received at least a €50 deposit.
You’re also welcome to pay the full amount in advance.
The full amount (excluding the food fee) must be transferred no later than 3 weeks before the event (October 3rd, 2025).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel up to 3 weeks before the event (October 3rd, 2025), you will receive a full refund minus the €50 deposit.
If you cancel after October 3rd, 2025, no refund will be given.
However, in this case, you’re welcome to resell your ticket to someone else who can take your place at the festival.

If we have to cancel the festival, you will receive a full refund of the festival ticket price.
